SUSTAIN HER CYCLE
A Campaign for Dignity, Sustainability & Justice
The Sustain Her Cycle is a campaign is working to distribute sustainable, reusable menstrual products that are long-term solutions to period poverty affecting girls in Kenya.
We believe everyone deserves access to safe, sustainable menstrual care
In Kenya, 65% of girls and teen mothers between the age of 13 and 18 cannot afford menstrual products. For many, this means missing a week of school every month, not because they’re sick, but because they menstruate. After water scarcity and early marriage. Period poverty is the third most recurring challenge that girls are facing. We need your help to change this!
Each donation will provide women or girls with a menstrual cup and sterile container that lasts up to 5 years, supporting menstrual health, education, and environmental justice.
Menstrual health is a human right. Let’s sustain her cycle, together.
All donations will be responsibly accounted for, and we will document the entire journey on our social media platforms
Donation Cycle : May 25th - June 25th 2025 - 4 weeks
Purchase & Delivery: Cycle June 30th - July 4th 2025
Project Delivery July 7th - July 25th 2025
We launched Sustain Her Cycle because we have witnessed many girls in low income communities miss school, feel shame, and even face health issues due to lack of access to menstrual products. As young Kenyan's we now have the power to act with a sustainable, immediate, and lasting solution.
